I had a great consultation with Manager Dabin during my first visit, so I initially planned to spend only 100,000 to 200,000 won, but I gained trust and ended up purchasing a 1 million won fixed-price package. I revisited because the front desk was friendly and I was satisfied with the treatment, but since Manager Dabin was off, I had a very unpleasant experience with the male manager I consulted yesterday. When I stated that I would not proceed according to the recommended direction and dosage, he displayed an irritated attitude, implying, "It's pointless to do it that way, so it's better not to do it at all." You are not a doctor, so what kind of attitude is it to judge a customer's choices as if you are the only one with the right answer? Are you a doctor yourself? The doctor performed the procedure according to my opinion and told me that I am much better than before. I filed a complaint with the front desk, and although I was satisfied with other aspects and purchased an additional 4-session laser package, the difference in the way the two managers handled me is too great. I hope you will reflect on the impression your service leaves on customers.

I have come to know about this place while searching for an overall experience for my skin. While visiting Seoul of course and came to their place nits nice to have a detailed conversation about my problems and solutions. They were friendly and having interpreter for foreigners added a smoother experience. Loved the ambiance and their suggestions. Hopefully my skin problems will be gone using their premium products

I was told that I *needed* Doctor's treatments by a disrespectful lady who didn't disclose that she was not a medical professional (in any way). (She diagnosed a "skin problem" and prescribed an expensive treatment for me). And I was never consulted by a real doctor *before* getting the treatment, signing some papers, and paying for the treatment. Also the list of possible side effects wasn't read until after I signed the paper? Idc if it is legal, it's still wrong to do. I went into it thinking this place was just for skincare, but apparently this is a certified medical treatment facility.... who knew? Oh and they don't care about customer service because "they can't give refunds".

I've been coming here for years now but I had a horrible experience this time. I regularly get botox on my glabella line, but something felt off after getting the injection. My eyelids felt heavy and kept closing on their own. I even feel nauseous when I walk or move fast now. When I talked to one of the counselors, she said I could consult with the doctor but there's nothing much they could do about it. I insisted and talked to the doctor who administered the botox and she couldn't be more nonchalant about it. They tried a treatment to relieve the botox but it didn't really help. I've been getting the same procedure for more than 10 times and this has never happened before. This clinic is cheap and convenient but you have to wish nothing goes wrong because there's poor or no after-treatment care. At least try to avoid busy hours and the female doctor who does injection procedures. Very unprofessional. And of course, no refunds or compensation for any "accidents" so be aware.
