  First, I want to say that the two nurses who helped apply the numbing cream and assisted with the aftercare/cleaning were incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. I really appreciated them. The treatments themselves were also very good. I had both Potenza and filler treatments, and during the filler procedure, the doctor repeatedly let me check the results and asked whether I was satisfied before continuing, which made me feel involved and comfortable with the process. I would personally give the nurses and the treatments themselves a 4.5/5. There were, however, a few things that affected my overall experience. When I made the appointment, I was specifically told that the chief director would personally conduct my consultation and treatment. However, when I arrived, my consultation initially started with another, younger doctor. Only after I mentioned that I had booked a consultation with the chief director was the chief director brought in. To be fair, the younger doctor also seemed experienced and professional, so my concern is not really about his ability. It was more about the difference between what I was told when booking and what actually happened at the clinic. My consultation also took longer than usual because I had quite a few questions and wanted to understand the treatment options carefully. At some point, I felt that it was indirectly communicated to me that my consultation was taking too long, which made me a little uncomfortable. Since this is advertised as a more personalized, 1-on-1 clinic, I had assumed that a consultation could potentially take around an hour if needed. I completely understand that the clinic has a schedule to manage, but I think it would have been much better if I had been informed before the appointment that there was a time limit for the consultation. I would have prepared my questions differently. I also want to mention that the Chinese interpreter was very nice and helpful throughout the consultation. The response time was much slower than I expected.

  I got the MICOOL at The Beautiful Clinic to get rid of some stubborn fat pads in my love handle and lower central abdomen area. It had the best value I had seen from other clinics and the whole team was super kind and professional! Quick (an hour for all 3 abdominal pads) and pleasant - the staff were very engaged and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Even though there was a language barrier as I speak English, they knew exactly how to communicate and were very accommodating! Easy to find on the second floor and it was not busy right when they opened. I would definitely comeback here for any of their other treatments when I am in Seoul. Definitely check this place out and ask them any questions you have! They answer very promptly. It should cover most if not all of what an international traveler would want in a treatment experience abroad.

  I found this clinic through the UNNI app. As a foreigner in Korea, I wanted to be very careful when choosing a clinic, especially since I was only staying for a short time. This clinic exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and Dr. Chang took the time to explain everything in great detail, which made me feel very comfortable. Even though I originally came in for InMode, I ended up choosing a few additional skin treatments. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this clinic!

  I found this clinic on Unni, as I was searching specifically for a clinic which has Vbeam Perfecta laser to treat rosacea. I ended up getting a package with four different lasers, including Vbeam Perfecta. I also got a Shurink Universe treatment for lower face and under the chin. The staff are very nice, and the clinic is not crowded or factory-clinic feeling at all. The consultation with the doctor who does the treatment was reassuring. I told him that I didn’t want him to remove my beauty marks and freckles, and I’m happy he was understanding and obliged. Immediately after treatment, I already see a huge improvement in the heavy read spots (blotches of vascular veins). I think the Vbeam treatment was gentle and conservatively done, so there is no purpura trauma at all. I will definitely visit this clinic again, the next time I come to Korea, since I know rosacea takes a few treatments of vbeam laser to really combat flushing and flareups. Thank you to the Doctor and all the staff for your caring hands.
