  My asymmetrical double eyelids had been a long-standing concern for me. I mustered the courage to decide to have the surgery myself after hearing from an acquaintance that they had performed it at DL Plastic Surgery. I was told that there was a possibility the procedure might come undone with the non-incisional method, so I proceeded with the incisional method. Honestly, I was a bit anxious for the first month. I felt the line was set too high for a man's double eyelid, so I was worried it might look too obvious. But after three months, surprisingly, everything settled in perfectly. Now, the height matches the height of my original double eyelid exactly as I wanted, and the asymmetry I had been worrying about for so long has been corrected significantly, so I am satisfied.   It has already been three months since I had my third nose surgery at DL Plastic Surgery. I had been bothered for a while by the fact that my nose was slightly crooked, and I was constantly worried because the tip looked sunken and droopy. I liked the bridge line itself, but the problem was that the balance between the tip and the columella was off, making it look even more unnatural. During my consultation with Dr. Jin-wook Jeong, he explained that he would not be too ambitious with the tip, but would only slightly lift it to create a straight line, and separate the columella to correct its length, while also addressing the crookedness. Since I had surgery there twice before, he mentioned that there wasn't much cartilage left inside, so cartilage supplementation was necessary. Although I had heard that autologous cartilage is the strongest, I was concerned about the cost, so we proceeded with using donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage to reinforce the columella and the tip. He also took care to trim the skin on the tip to ensure it didn't look thick. Immediately after the surgery, the surgery was very noticeable due to swelling, but after about three months, the swelling has subsided significantly and the lines have settled. I can feel that the balance between the bridge, tip, and columella has become naturally aligned. It feels like the crookedness has straightened out considerably, and the asymmetry of the columella that I was concerned about has improved to the point where it is barely noticeable. I was worried about the incision on the columella at first, but I am relieved that it has healed so well that the scar is now barely visible. Since this was my third surgery, I was actually more worried than excited, but seeing it settle naturally over time, I am truly satisfied now.
