I had a great experience at The Kyeol Clinic. Dr. Park is well-versed in English, very professional, and honest when recommending treatments. When I asked which treatments would give the best and longest-lasting results, she carefully explained the options based on my skin analysis, concerns. The staff were also very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. They explained every step clearly before starting each treatment, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. I did Hydrafacial with the staff, while Ultherapy, Botox, and Clarity Laser were all performed by Dr. Park personally. Her Botox injections were very quick — painful, but over within a minute! Overall, it was a completely different experience compared to factory-style clinics. The service felt personalized and professional. Highly recommended if you’re looking for honest consultation and quality treatments in Seoul.

It was our first time in Korea and we booked through himedi! Great platform! This clinic easy to find, clean and organized! I don’t know how to speak Korea but the staff was very patient and helpful using translators to explain each process to me! We first did a 3D skin analysis through a machine and it was so interesting because it showed us each area that were good and which area’s of our face needed more support! We focused more on my pores and overall skin. I did a treatment called potenza and a hydro facial, best combo! The pain level for the potenza was 3/10, they put numbing cream so there wasn’t much pain! The main doctor was great! She spoke English and guided me through the process which made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend! Will be coming back for more!

It was my first time in a dermatology clinic, and it was really fun, interesting, and very relaxing. I was a little apprehensive at first, but the staff and Dr. Park were so kind and reassuring that I finally trusted them completely. The doctor also speaks excellent English, so it was super convenient, even for us foreigners. I first received a skin analysis and then a personalized treatment that left my skin glowing, hydrated, and soft. I'll definitely be back.

This clinic was recommended by a friend who had gone recently for their professionalism and expertise, and my experience echoed the same positive sentiment. I was looking for non invasive treatments and keloid steroid injection, and was recommended a concise list of treatments which were reasonably priced. I got Clarity laser for pigmentation, Lhala peel and LDM, along with laser hair removal and my keloid injection treatment. The doctor was very empathetic and I appreciated that she didn’t oversell/upsell treatments (something I heard a lot of the other clinics do). Overall I felt really assured that I was in competent, professional hands and will be going back again before my trip ends to get mole removal done. Their AI skin analysis scan was super informative as well (& I am very happy about my skin age!!). Also their pricing was very transparent and it was very easy to communicate beforehand via Instagram. TLDR: skip the factory clinics and come here.

Great service and very professional staff! I got the Ultherapy + Rejuran package and added more shots. The doctor is very honest and doesn't push unnecessary treatments. Thanks to the LDM care, I have very little downtime and can fly back home tomorrow without any worries. Looking forward to my next visit during the kids' school break!
