I visited here a few days ago and I’m so satisfied that I wanted to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, both the doctor and the staff were incredibly very kind, which made me feel very comfortable. The pricing was also reasonable and affordable, which was another big plus. I mentioned that I was short on time, and they thoughtfully adjusted the entire process to fit my schedule. I really appreciated their consideration. The clinic was clean, modern, and comfortable, which helped me feel much less nervous. During the procedure, I was under gas anesthesia and think I may have been a bit sensitive and made some noise, which felt a little embarrassing. However the medical staff remained calm and professional the entire time, which made me feel safe and reassured. I could truly feel that they cared about their patients. Even after the procedure, their care didn’t stop. They continued to send me messages with aftercare instructions and reminders, which showed how attentive they are to their patients. Thanks to them, I felt at ease throughout the recovery process. Overall, I was very satisfied with their kindness, professionalism, reasonable pricing, and thorough aftercare. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this clinic to others.

Literally RUN, don't walk to Mason Clinic if you're in Seoul 😭🏃♀️💨 The doctor’s English is literally top-tier, so communication was a breeze, and the rooms are so private—major exclusive vibes. I had a really great experience at this clinic. I first came in to have several moles removed, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I also received PRP stem cell treatment for my receding hairline (the M-shaped area), along with scalp exosome injections and the Revive treatment. The doctor was fantastic. She explained everything clearly beforehand and has seriously skilled hands. You can tell right away that she’s very experienced — the procedures felt precise and professional, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. She also speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy and comfortable for me. Another thing I really loved was the treatment space. The rooms are very private and feel quite luxurious, which made the whole experience much more relaxing. The clinic itself is spotless and very well organized. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here. If you're considering skin treatments or hair restoration, I’d definitely recommend this place.

The photos are before and after the procedure. I tried the popular Lituo Skin Booster, Coolsonic, which was described as a less painful version of Ulthera, and Hilowave, which was recommended for my under-eye hollows but I was hesitant about because it's a filler. The consultation with the consultant may have been a personal style, but I liked that she didn't push too hard and only recommended what I needed. However, I requested LDM during my initial consultation, but it wasn't included in the final treatment plan, which was a bit disappointing. I think a more friendly atmosphere would have been better. (I'm not dissatisfied, haha.) The consultation with the director was honest and helpful, and I was satisfied with the results. I'd like to ask the director directly for treatment recommendations on my next visit. I plan to return when I need more treatment, and it would be helpful if there was a brochure with treatment costs available on the website or in the clinic.

I received 8cc of Secret Rejuran, and I was surprised that there was no pain!!! I had Rejuran done at another clinic before and remembered it being really painful, so I hesitated even though Rejuran is effective. However, I heard that Secret Rejuran is less painful, so I decided to try it, and it really is great!! The pain isn't zero, but it is bearable! If Rejuran pain is rated as a 10, Secret Rejuran is about a 1~! The consultation manager also explained the procedure in detail and made the consultation feel comfortable, which I liked! It felt more comfortable because the atmosphere wasn't one of trying to push this and that, but rather focusing on explaining what was necessary~! I prefer receiving consistent treatments from a doctor who constantly monitors my skin condition~! I love that Mason has a single doctor!!
